Tonight was our annual Thanksgiving Feast and this year we included ALL of the youth groups!  We started off the night by figuring our which of the three groups won the can wars.  ZERO GRAVITY WON!!!  Good going guys!  Next, we ate from a buffet fit for kings!  Thanks to everyone who chipped in and made this an awesome and delicious dinner.  Next we got a word from Pastor Mike and then he drew two names from the hat of kids who brought in canned goods.  Ben and Grace were chosen and picked who they wanted to pie with a plate full of whipped cream.  Sorry Mr. Tony and Mr. Wes!!!!!  Not really!!  Everyone chipped in to clean up then and we wrapped up another year full of blessings and more memories to be grateful for.

Testimony Wednesday

Last night was testimony night again and this time it was Jennifer and Charles Burbank's turn to bless us with their testimony of God's grace and sovereignty in their lives.  Jennifer shared some of her favorite verses with us that she uses to get her through the tough times and Charles gave us all a history on him that included, the good, the bad, and the ugly.  It's such a blessing to have these testimonies from others to show the kids that they aren't going through much different than what those that have gone before them went through....and how they made it through victoriously.  Thanks Jen and Charles.
